Money-Back Guarantee Policy

At BCU, we are committed to providing high-quality language courses and ensuring our students' satisfaction. We understand that choosing a language course is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident and assured in your choice. That's why we offer a Money Back Guarantee for the first week of your language course minus 250€ administration fee.

Cancellation conditions since August 2024:

• If you cancel a course, we will retain an administration fee of €250 and refund the rest.
• In the event of cancellation of 2 or more courses, we will retain an administration fee of 300€ and refund the rest.  
• If you have booked 2 courses and paid a deposit of 800€ and cancel one of these courses with sufficient justification, you will be charged the reduced administration fee of 150€ and the remaining deposit amount will be charged for the booked course.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

A. The Money Back Guarantee is applicable to all new students who enroll in BCU language courses

B. The guarantee only applies during the first week of the course if you take part in our language course and are not satisfied.

2. Requesting a Refund:

A. If you attend within the first week of the course and feel that the course does not meet your expectations or is not suitable for your learning objectives, you can request a refund.

B. To initiate the refund process, you must submit a written refund request to our administration office within 2 days after finishing the first week

C. The refund request must include your full name, course details, and a brief explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

D. You can submit the refund request via email or in person at our administration office.

3. Refund Evaluation:

A. Once we receive your refund request, our team will evaluate your case.

B. We may schedule a meeting or discussion to understand your concerns better and explore possible solutions.

C. Refunds will be granted at our discretion, based on the merit of your case and the specific circumstances.

4. Refund Process:

A. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within seven (7) business days.

B. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

C. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exclusions:

A. The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to any subsequent weeks or sessions beyond the first week of the course.

B. The administrative fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation:

A. If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the classes start, you are eligible for a refund minus administrative fees.

B. To cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written cancellation request to our administration office at least seven (7) days before the course starts.

C. The cancellation request must include your full name, course details, and a brief explanation of the reasons for cancellation

D. You can submit the cancellation request via email or in person at our administration office.

7. Non-transferable:

The Money Back Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who initially enrolled in the course.

8. Modifications:

BCU reserves the right to modify or cancel the Money Back Guarantee policy at any time. Any changes or updates will be communicated to students in a timely manner.
