Money-Back Guarantee Policy

At BCU, we are committed to providing high-quality language courses and ensuring our students' satisfaction. We understand that choosing a language course is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident and assured in your choice. That's why we offer a Money Back Guarantee for the first 4 units of your language course minus 250€ administration fee.

Cancellation conditions since August 2024:

• If you cancel a course, we will retain an administration fee of €250 and refund the rest.
• In the event of cancellation of 2 or more courses, we will retain an administration fee of 300€ and refund the rest.  
• If you have booked 2 courses and paid a deposit of 800€ and cancel one of these courses with sufficient justification, you will be charged the reduced administration fee of 150€ and the remaining deposit amount will be charged for the booked course.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

A. The Money Back Guarantee is applicable to all new students who enroll in BCU language courses.

B. if you are not satisfied and wish to cancel, the guarantee only applies after attending the first 4 units of any course, including intensive and visa courses.

2. Requesting a Refund:

A. To initiate the refund process, you must submit a written or an E-mail refund request to our administration office within 2 days after finishing the first 4 units.

B. The refund request must include your full name, course details, and a brief explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

C. Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who initially enrolled in the course.

D .to cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written cancellation request or E-mail to our administration office at least seven (7) days before the course starts.

3. Refund Process:

A. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

B. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exclusions:

A. The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to any subsequent weeks or sessions beyond the first 4 units of the course.

B. The administrative fees are non-refundable.

5. Modifications:

BCU reserves the right to modify or cancel the Money Back Guarantee policy at any time. Any changes or updates will be communicated to students in a timely manner.
