Money-Back Guarantee Policy

For the BCU team, it is extremely important to offer high-quality language courses and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Since choosing a language course is an important decision, we want to guarantee that you are confident in your choice and feel secure with us.

That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee during the first 4 teaching units (TU) of your language course, minus a €250 administrative fee.

Cancellation conditions since July 2025:

• If you cancel a course before the course begins, we will charge an administration fee of €250 and refund the remainder of your down payment.

• If you cancel 2 or more booked courses before the course begins, we will retain an administration fee of €250 per course and refund the remainder of your down payment..

• If you have booked 2 courses and paid a down payment of €800 (€400 x 2), and need to cancel one of these courses before it begins with a valid reason, a cancellation fee of €250 will apply for that course. You will receive a credit of €150 (€400 minus €250), which we will deduct from the remaining payment of the second course.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

A. The money-back guarantee applies to all new clients enrolling in BCU language courses.

B. If you wish to cancel a started course for important personal reasons, you must contact BCU no later than after the first 4 teaching units (UE), otherwise your right to a refund will expire.

C. If you wish to cancel a booked course, including the down payment, before the course begins, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the course starts. You will then be entitled to a refund of the down payment minus €250 administration fee.

2. Requesting a Refund:

A. To initiate the refund process, you must submit a written refund request at our office or via email directly after completing your participation in the first 4 UEs.

B. The refund request must include your full name, all course details, and a brief explanation of the reasons for your cancellation.

C. Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who initially enrolled in the course.

D .to cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written cancellation request or E-mail to our administration office at the latest (7) days before the course starts.

3. Refund Process:

A. Once your application has been approved, we will process the refund as quickly as possible.

B. Please note that it may take longer for the payment to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment institution.

4. Exclusions:

A. The money-back guarantee expires if you:

• Did not submit your cancellation request directly after participating in the first 4 teaching units (UEs).
• Did not cancel a booked course in writing via email at latest (7) days before the course begins.

C. The administration fee is non-refundable.

5. Modifications:

BCU reserves the right to change or cancel the money-back guarantee at any time. Any changes or updates will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.
